Keyboards for iOS 4

1. Download the following file here
2. Unzip it
3. Move the 8 .keyboard files in following folder
/System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit.framework/
(you can use SSH or iFile).
4. Then turn the Thai keyboard or Czech keyboard on in settings and you are good to go.

    Thanks a ton. I was looking for Hindi keyboard for my iPhone 3GS since long time. I wish you success in further development when there will be Hindi Language listed in Keyboards option and will there be no need to select Thai or Czech Keyboard.

    hi i download the file onto my mac but then how can i transfer this to my phone. i am sorry i am kinda new to all this. please help me!! thanks

    I found out that there is a problem with combining घ् + य, which is suppose to become घ्य but it shows as घ् य. What should be done to correct it. Please suggest.

    @gsk That is not a problem with keyboard but the font. Only those combined letters that have a glyph in AAT tables in iphone Devanagari font display correctly on iphone (if you remember iphone did'nt use to show combined characters at all before ios4). However, it should display properly on a PC nonetheless.

    Hi,

    I updated my iphone to 4.2.1 and when I switch keyboard from english to thai (Hindi), the hindi keyboard layout is not appearing, instead some weird keyboard layout is appearing. How to fix it?

    @gsk Probably apple changed something again (intentionally or unintentionally). I have no plans to spend time on fixing it in near future (since 4.3 release is coming too). So I guess you are on your own for the time being.

    hey varun, i download both onto my phone but only hindi keyboard works and nor the punjabi one...do i have to change any settings?

    Hey Varun... updated to 4.3.2...any updates on getting hindi on the iphone on the mentioned firmware. I am sure you are working hard to get it done. 1 thing i noticed is that all the files in UIKit.framework/ are plist files.
